Each individual may hold only one active pkv4d account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pkv4d strongly recommends that all Members enable SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA). You agree to notify pkv4d immediately at support@pkv4d.vu if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. pkv4d shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, pkv4d will require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This process requires you to submit a clear copy or photograph of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP or e-KTP), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and, where requested, a selfie photograph holding your identity document. pkv4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion. Withdrawal requests may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching your verified KYC identity. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. pkv4d targets a processing time of under three minutes for all verified withdrawal requests. Actual processing times may vary depending on the receiving institution. pkv4d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger its fraud-prevention systems, which may extend processing time.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard. pkv4d reserves the right to apply daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits at its discretion. Any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds remain subject to the wagering requirements outlined in §5 and are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fully met.
All account balances, deposits, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp / IDR). pkv4d does not accept or disburse funds in any cryptocurrency or foreign currency at this time. Currency conversion is not available on the platform.
pkv4d may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards, and other incentives to Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is announced. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and this section, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. pkv4d employs automated and manual detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, employing low-risk hedging strategies solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other Members to exploit a bonus offer. Where bonus abuse is detected, pkv4d reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the offending account(s).
Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within the period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation. pkv4d will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkv4d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Member for:
pkv4d's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pkv4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or any situation where continued account access poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the security of other Members.
A Member may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pkv4d support. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be refunded to the Member's verified bank account or e-wallet, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures.
Where an account is closed by pkv4d due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, any balance remaining in that account — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited at pkv4d's sole discretion. Where forfeiture is applied, pkv4d will provide a written explanation to the Member's registered email address.
pkv4d reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pkv4d will provide notice to all registered Members via their registered email address or by displaying a prominent notification on the platform. Amended terms take effect seven (7) calendar days after the notification date unless a longer notice period is required by applicable law.
Your continued use of the pkv4d platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with §11.2.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkv4d holds its international gaming licence.
