1 Definitions

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for notifying pkv4d immediately at support@pkv4d.vu if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

8 Your Rights

As a Member of pkv4d, you have the following rights with respect to your Personal Data. To exercise any of these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at support@pkv4d.vu. pkv4d will respond to all valid requests within 30 calendar days.

• Right of Access: You may request a copy of the Personal Data pkv4d holds about you, together with information about how it is being processed.
• Right to Rectification: If any Personal Data pkv4d holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request correction or completion.
• Right to Erasure ("Right to Be Forgotten"): You may request that pkv4d delete your Personal Data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or where you have withdrawn consent and no other lawful basis exists. Note that erasure requests will be fulfilled subject to any overriding legal retention obligations.
